From production sensation to an in demand
DJ, Kuffdam has well and truly stepped up into the trance elite with
performances at some of the worlds leading events and a continual
production presence in the cd wallets and Ableton folders of the worlds
leading jocks.
Kuffdam has in recent years come to embody the future of trance with a
string of hit productions and remixes. A favourite with the trance
establishment world wide and especially Paul van Dyk and his VANDIT
imprint, 2008 will see Kuffdam come of age coupling a groundbreaking
album on Vandit with a world tour taking
in the biggest and best clubs and events worldwide.
Indeed he is already a regular face out and about at clublands biggest
and best nights taking his digital djing performance worldwide,
combining Ableton and his infectious Scottish charm to great effect. He
regularly appears at leading nights worldwide in countries such as
England, Ibiza, Australia, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Tenerife, Cyprus,
Scotland and Lebanon amongst many others and for leading brands and
clubs such as The Gallery, Goodgreef, First Touch, Eden, Vaccine,
Interview, Electronic Mega Cruise to name but a few.
Kuffdam’s monthly radio show Club Damage on DI.fm and its accompanying
podcast has reached out to clubbers worldwide. Signing up users
worldwide intovtheir thousands when it launched as a podcast service,
enabling listeners to listenvat their own leisure, it regularly features
some of the worlds leading guest djs and further highlights the growing
success and profile that Kuffdam is enjoying.
On the production front hits such as ‘Summer Dream’, ‘Dream Maker’ and ‘The
Ones We Loved’ have been released on one of the worlds biggest labels
VANDIT and have seen support from the cream of the trance crop including
Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren and Judge Jules who played
‘Summer Dream’ for 7 weeks on BBC Radio 1 as well as making it his tried
and tested record of the week.
Other records including ‘Tears’ on Monster
Tunes and remixes for Darey Products, JOOF, Vaccine Records as well as
remixing the likes of Gabriel and Dresden and A & B Project have
cemented Kuffdam’s reputation as a producer of the highest order.
With an artist album on one of the worlds biggest labels scheduled for
February 2009, a dj and producing pedigree worthy of the best, its time
for Kuffdam to come off age and to take his rightful place in a scene
